As a member of the IT leadership team, I was accountable for ensuring that controls and processes within the IT function of this global engineering firm were compliant, efficient and repeatable. In particular, I established IT General Control frameworks around core ERP and Finance systems, managed the delivery of audit evidence, and overhauled the IT project intake process in line with best practice.
